- What about the privacy of my data?

We take your privacy very seriously. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your data for any purpose other than to score your support cases. You can check our privacy policy for more information.
- What’s a "scored conversation?"

Any conversation Quality Agent creates a score for - basically, one per support case/ticket (excluding spam, or conversations without a reply). Don’t worry, there’s no overage charges if you happen to temporarily exceed this limit.
- What’s a "manager?"

This is anyone who has full access to your account. They can see all conversations, plus view and edit any scores, and manage your team.
- What’s an "agent?"?

Each unique person that answers a support case/ticket is an agent. Managers can also be agents, don’t worry - they won’t be double counted!
- Can my team use my trial account?

Yes, the more the merrier! Your trial account is fully functional.
- Am I locked in to a contract?

Nope! We’ll be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time.
